PPHC Grows Top 20 Presence in Q1 2025 LDA Rankings with Continued Growth in Federal Lobbying Revenue

WASHINGTON — Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA) revenues for Q1 2025 were released this week, and Public Policy Holding Company (PPHC) is pleased to report continued momentum across its federal lobbying practices.

All three of PPHC’s core federal lobbying firmsForbes Tate Partners, Crossroads Strategies, and Alpine Group—have once again maintained their rankings among the top 20 lobbying firms in Washington, underscoring the Group’s consistency and client trust.

Additionally, O’Neill and Associates in Boston, MA, which primarily focuses on state-based lobbying but does federal work as well, contributed to strong performance this quarter. Combined, PPHC’s firms reported $18.7 million in LDA revenue for Q1 2025, representing a 5.73% increase over Q4 2024 disclosures.

This follows a strong finish to 2024, when PPHC’s firms collectively disclosed $68.9 million in annual federal lobbying revenue.

2023 LDA Rankings Show PPHC in Top Spot Once Again

WASHINGTON- Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA) revenue rankings for 2023 have been released. PPHC’s three federal lobbying firms were all individually ranked in the top 20 with PPHC’s total disclosed revenue overtaking the top spot for another year in a row. LDA revenues from Forbes Tate Partners, Crossroads Strategies, and Alpine Group reached a combined total of $68.3 million, showing PPHC growth with a 3.6% increase in disclosed federal lobbying revenue compared to 2022’s rankings.

WASHINGTON – PPHC maintains its position atop the second quarter LDA Rankings as all three wholly-owned firms rank in the Top 20. Crossroads Strategies, Forbes Tate Partners and Alpine Group Partners each earned spots on the list, with their combined quarterly federal lobbying disclosure revenues reaching $17.1 million.

PPHC Remains the Leader in Bloomberg Government 2022 Report

WASHINGTON – PPHC maintains its position as leader of the top-performing lobbying firms in Bloomberg Government’s 2022 report. Forbes Tate Partners, Crossroads Strategies, and Alpine Group Partners each earned a spot on the list, with their combined 2022 federal lobbying disclosure revenues reaching $66.5 million.

Forbes Tate Partners once again earned a spot amongst the top 10 lobbying firms with the highest revenue, while Crossroads Strategies was named as a ‘Standout’ firm. The standout distinction was given to firms that retained 80% or more of their clients from 2021, retained 60% or more of their clients over three years, and earned $550,000 or more in revenue per lobbyist.
