KP Public Affairs Launches GPS, Bringing AI Narrative Intelligence to California

KP Public Affairs has launched GPS (Generative Positioning Strategy), a service that shows organizations how leading AI platforms describe them, their issues and the policies they care about.

The launch follows sister firm Pagefield Communications’ proprietary rollout in London. KP developed GPS for the California market together with Pagefield. It audits how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok and Perplexity find, frame and present information. It tests hundreds of questions under supportive, skeptical and adversarial scenarios to find narrative gaps, weak points in credibility and associations the platforms bring up unprompted.

Clients get a prioritized action plan covering messaging, sources, content and stakeholder engagement. GPS is designed for advocates, organizations and policymakers working on legislation, ballot measures and regulatory proceedings, at a time when AI increasingly shapes how those issues are understood.

The launch also shows how PPHC’s firms work together, taking capabilities built in one market to help clients in another.
